There were several significant events which happened at various points in the past few years when I was exhausted, frustrated and on the verge of giving up - when I desperately needed some form of divine affirmation for choosing the road less travelled. Dramatic as it might sound, they were my God-sent morale boosters.
Wim Wenders once said,
"Success is pretty overrated and does less to your soul and to your character and to your survival as an artist. Failure is the real acid test."
But God is good. He showered me with much kindness, encouragement and assistance through many helpful, supportive relatives, friends and even acquaintances. I would not have been able to journey this far without them.
Although I am uncertain as to where my journey will lead me, there is one thing that I am sure of - His firm guiding hand.
